Most overseas buyers do not want a catalogue machine — they want a carton erecting machine that fits a 3.2 m² floor slot, runs 5-layer BC board at 18 CPM, and carries their own brand plate. Off-the-shelf models force compromises on size, voltage and documentation that cost more in integration than the machine itself. ZRAY has upgraded its production line into a dedicated custom carton erecting machine manufacturer in China, adding laser cutting, CNC bending and welding robots so non-standard orders no longer mean long-lead prototypes.
What the Plant Upgrade Delivers
In-house fabrication shortens drawing-to-FAT and keeps tolerance in-house: laser cutting at 1.5 mm accuracy, CNC bending at 0.2 mm, six-axis welding on the 2.0 mm frame, and ten parallel assembly stations.

We handle deviations standard suppliers reject: non-standard carton sizes beyond L 250–550 / W 200–400 / H 150–500 mm, special voltage and plug, dual-color RAL paint, extended conveyors, multi-language HMI (10 languages), and 304 or 316L stainless frames.
Factory Acceptance Test Flow
Every custom machine runs a documented FAT: a 2-hour no-load run at nameplate speed, a 4-hour load run on real cartons, a 48-hour aging test, then a signed report with CPK and dimension recheck against your drawings.

Flute runs vertically; board above 9 mm needs the pre-creasing unit and a de-rated 30 CPM.
