What the Remote Diagnostic System Does
- Real-time alarm history — every trip is time-stamped in the PLC and readable from the HMI, even if the operator cleared the screen.
- Secure remote access — with your approval, ZRAY engineers open a VPN session, inspect I/O status, and check air pressure, glue temperature, and sensor signals live.
- Parameter snapshots — before a changeover we capture machine settings, so a botched adjustment can be rolled back exactly.
- Video witnessing — during FAT you can watch the machine run your cartons remotely and sign off on the test.
