ZRAY has completed a production capacity expansion at its Jiangyin factory, adding assembly space and test stations for tray and carton erecting machines. The expansion cuts standard custom delivery to 45 days and increases simultaneous build capacity, responding to demand from food, beverage, e-commerce, and logistics customers in Europe, Russia, and the CIS.

What Expanded

• Two additional final assembly bays dedicated to tray formers and case erectors.
• A third FAT test station, so up to three machines can run customer carton samples simultaneously before shipping.
• Expanded parts buffer for Siemens, Schneider, and SMC components, shortening spare part dispatch times.
• Dedicated Russia/CIS logistics channel retained, with documentation for EAC certification prepared during production.
