MOSCOW, Russia, June 25, 2026 — Zray exhibited its complete portfolio of carton forming machinery at the Russia Packaging Fair 2026 held at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center in Moscow, marking the company’s fourth consecutive participation in the event. The 72-square-meter booth featured live demonstrations of three machines and attracted over 400 registered visitor interactions across the four-day exhibition.

The centerpiece of Zray’s display was a fully operational ZCF-DH double-head high-speed carton forming machine running at its rated speed of 24 cartons per minute throughout the exhibition hours, producing sample cartons that visitors could inspect for forming quality and dimensional consistency. Accompanying this were a ZCF-S single-piece forming unit configured for smaller-format cartons and a ZLC-200 lid closing machine demonstrating the complete carton assembly sequence from blank sheet to finished box with lid application.

The booth attracted strong interest from visitors representing food and beverage manufacturers, logistics and warehousing operators, and contract packaging service providers. Zray’s six-person exhibition team, including three Russian-speaking engineers and sales staff, conducted 87 formal product consultations and recorded 42 qualified sales leads from buyers across Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Armenia. Particular interest was noted in the double-head series for high-volume beverage packaging applications and the single-piece forming machines for e-commerce fulfillment operations.

Zray also used the exhibition to debut its new intelligent control system upgrade featuring integrated OEE monitoring, predictive maintenance alerts, and remote diagnostics capabilities. A dedicated demonstration station allowed visitors to interact with the HMI interface and review historical production data from installed machines operating at customer sites in Russia, providing tangible evidence of real-world performance metrics including average uptime of 97.2% across monitored installations.

The company has already confirmed its participation in the 2027 edition of the fair with a planned 90-square-meter booth.
