The new model fits a 2.5 m² footprint while delivering up to 20 CPM, bringing automatic erecting to workshops, micro-factories, and pilot lines that previously had to choose between manual forming and oversized machinery.

What the Compact Model Does Differently

The design reworks the magazine, erecting station, and outfeed into a single inline frame. The machine keeps the core ZRAY engineering — Siemens PLC control, hot-melt gluing at 150–170°C, and the same suction-cup pick system — while cutting the overall length by roughly 40% versus a standard single-piece machine.
