What OEM/ODM Means at ZRAY

• OEM (white label): we build our proven case erector platforms with your brand name, your color scheme, your control panel layout, and your documentation set. You sell it under your brand; we handle manufacturing, FAT, and remote after-sales support on your behalf.
• ODM (custom design): we engineer a machine around your specific blank, speed target, and floor plan. Typical ODM scope includes custom magazine geometry, board handling for odd flute grades, modified tape/glue stations, and line integration with your existing conveyor.

Both models include CE and EAC certification; we hold 66 patents (8 invention patents) and 15 core R&D engineers.

Standard Platforms We Build On

Custom ODM work extends these ranges — we have shipped machines running box lengths up to 1,200 mm and boards from E-flute (1.5 mm) up to BC-flute double wall (7 mm).

What You Get as an OEM/ODM Customer

• FAT with your blanks before shipping. Standard payment terms: 50% advance deposit, 40% after FAT acceptance, 10% warranty balance; L/C available for bulk orders. You can attend FAT in person, witness it via video, or send your own board samples for testing.

• A dedicated sales engineer answering within 24 working hours, plus remote diagnostics via the Siemens PLC log after delivery.

Adapting to Your Board and Box Spec

Send us three things and we respond with a feasibility answer, not a quote padded with caveats:

1. Blank drawing (DXF or PDF) with flute, thickness, and grammage — e.g. B-flute 2.8 mm, 320 gsm, BC double wall 6.5 mm.
2. Box size range and target CPM.
3. Line conditions — shop air pressure (0.5–0.7 MPa required), available footprint, operator level.

For a standard single-piece line we typically answer within 48 hours with layout, air consumption, and a changeover time table for your size range.

Core electrical and pneumatic components are Siemens, Schneider, and SMC. Every machine comes with a 12-month warranty, remote video FAT, and remote diagnostic support. On high-speed OEM programs, we can also supply a spare-parts package keyed to your annual volume.
