What Makes a Lock Bottom Erector Different

• Tab and slot precision. The lock tabs engage the slots with only 1–3 mm of working clearance. If the erector tears a tab, the box is scrap — every single time.
• Controlled fold sequence. The bottom panels must fold and lock in the exact order the die-cut layout dictates, or the bottom springs back open.
• Squareness under speed. At 20–40 CPM the mandrel must hold the box square while the tabs seat, or downstream packing jams.
