TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, July 18, 2026 — A major warehouse logistics group in Uzbekistan has renewed its procurement agreement with Zray for an additional four ZCF-DH double-head high-speed carton forming machines, following the successful operation of an initial fleet of six machines delivered in 2024. The repeat order, valued at approximately USD 180,000, expands the customer’s Zray machine count to 10 units and establishes the facility as one of the largest single-site installations of Zray equipment in Central Asia.

The logistics group operates a network of regional distribution centers serving Uzbekistan’s rapidly growing e-commerce fulfillment sector, processing an estimated 15 million cartons annually across its Tashkent headquarters facility and regional warehouses. The initial six-machine installation in 2024 replaced a mixed fleet of aging semi-automatic forming equipment and manual assembly stations, achieving a 40% increase in carton forming throughput and a 28% reduction in direct labor cost per carton within the first six months of operation.

The decision to standardize on Zray equipment for the expansion phase was driven by three factors documented in the customer’s internal procurement review. First, the initial six machines achieved a combined average uptime of 97.4% over their first 18 months of operation, exceeding the 95% contractual availability target. Second, the operational data demonstrated that a single ZCF-DH unit could handle the forming workload previously distributed across two older semi-automatic machines, enabling the customer to reduce total machine count while increasing output. Third, Zray’s Tashkent-based service representative provided response times averaging under 4 hours for the three service calls logged during the operating period.

The four new machines will be configured identically to the existing fleet to maintain commonality of spare parts, operator training, and maintenance procedures. Each unit is specified with the motorized size changeover option, configured for the logistics group’s standard carton size range of 300×200×150 mm to 600×400×400 mm, and integrated with the facility’s conveyor network via the same interface specification used in the original installation.
