The 320-square-meter facility, located in the Mozhaysky logistics district, maintains an inventory of over 1,200 individual part numbers covering mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system components, reducing spare parts delivery times from the previous average of 18 days via international courier from Shanghai to a guaranteed 3-day delivery window within the Russian Federation.

The warehouse inventory was configured based on a systematic analysis of three years of spare parts consumption data from Zray’s installed base of over 80 machines across Russia and the CIS. The stocking strategy prioritizes high-frequency wear components — including forming dies, suction cups, timing belts, and glue nozzles — at 95% availability levels, with progressively lower stocking rates for less frequently ordered items. The facility also maintains complete spare PLC units, servo drives, HMI panels, and power supply modules to support rapid recovery from electrical component failures.

The Moscow warehouse is managed under a service contract with a specialized industrial logistics provider, with Zray maintaining ownership of all inventory and exercising direct control through a cloud-based warehouse management system integrated with the company’s ERP platform. The system provides real-time stock visibility to Zray’s service team and automatically triggers replenishment orders from the Shanghai factory when inventory levels drop below predefined minimum thresholds.

Order fulfillment is supported by the warehouse’s partnership with three major Russian courier services, providing next-day delivery coverage for Moscow and the surrounding Moscow Oblast region, 2-day delivery to Saint Petersburg and major Volga-region cities, and 3-day delivery to locations in the Urals, Siberia, and the Russian Far East. For customers requiring same-day parts availability, the warehouse offers a counter collection service during extended business hours from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Moscow time, Monday through Saturday.
