MINSK, Belarus, July 30, 2026 — Zray has signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with the Minsk Packaging Industrial Park, establishing Zray as the preferred supplier of carton forming machinery for the park’s tenant companies and creating a framework for collaborative equipment specification, technical training, and after-sales service delivery. The five-year agreement, signed at a ceremony at the industrial park’s administration center, covers an estimated 25 to 35 carton forming machines across the park’s current and planned tenant base.

The Minsk Packaging Industrial Park is Belarus’s largest concentration of packaging and converting operations, housing 18 tenant companies encompassing corrugated board production, carton converting, flexible packaging manufacturing, and contract packaging services. The park’s administration has identified carton forming automation as a strategic priority for enhancing tenant productivity and attracting new packaging operations, leading to the structured supplier partnership with Zray after a competitive evaluation of four international carton forming machine manufacturers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Zray will provide preferential pricing and priority production scheduling for machines ordered by park tenants, standardized technical documentation and operator training materials in Russian language, a dedicated spare parts inventory maintained within the park’s logistics center, and a resident service engineer stationed at the park for a minimum of three days per week. In return, the park administration will recommend Zray as the preferred forming machinery supplier to all current and prospective tenants and will coordinate aggregated procurement that allows tenants to benefit from volume-based pricing.

The agreement also establishes a joint technical committee comprising Zray engineers and the park’s technical staff, tasked with developing standardized machine specifications for the most common carton formats used by park tenants. The standardization initiative aims to simplify machine configuration, reduce spare parts diversity, and enable cross-training of operators across different tenant facilities — benefits that reduce the total cost of ownership for individual tenants while strengthening the park’s value proposition for attracting new packaging businesses.

The first equipment orders under the agreement are anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026, with two park tenants already having completed preliminary technical consultations for forming line specifications. Zray’s Minsk-based service partner will add one additional field service engineer to support the expected increase in local maintenance and training activity.
