SHANGHAI, China, August 1, 2026 — Zray has successfully completed the renewal of both CE marking certification and Eurasian Conformity (EAC) certification for its ZCF-DH series double-head high-speed carton forming machine, ensuring uninterrupted market access for the company’s flagship product across the European Union and Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states. The renewed certifications, issued by TÜV Rheinland and an accredited EAC certification body respectively, are valid through August 2029.

The certification renewal process involved comprehensive conformity assessment against the updated Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU, and the applicable harmonized standards referenced in the Official Journal of the European Union. For EAC compliance, the ZCF-DH series was assessed against the technical regulations of the Customs Union, specifically TR CU 010/2011 (Safety of Machinery and Equipment), TR CU 020/2011 (Electromagnetic Compatibility), and TR CU 004/2011 (Safety of Low-Voltage Equipment).

The renewal incorporated assessments of several product upgrades introduced since the previous certification cycle. These include the transition from Siemens S7-1200 to S7-1500 PLC architecture, the integration of Beckhoff EtherCAT servo drives for the forming head motion axes, and the addition of a Keyence safety laser scanner for the loading zone. Each modification was documented through a technical file amendment and validated through type testing at an accredited laboratory before inclusion in the renewed certificates.

The renewed certification scope covers the complete ZCF-DH series, including all standard model variants with forming speeds up to 24 cartons per minute, all available carton size configurations, and all optional equipment packages including motorized size changeover, automatic glue viscosity control, and the SCADA data integration module. The certificates list compliance with an updated set of harmonized standards including EN ISO 12100:2010 (Safety of Machinery — General Principles), EN 415-10:2014 (Safety of Packaging Machines — Carton Forming), and EN 60204-1:2018 (Electrical Equipment of Machines).
