WARSAW, Poland, July 15, 2026 — Zray has completed a bulk shipment of eight ZLC-200 gift box lid closing machines to a premium cosmetics packaging facility in Poland, supporting the factory’s initiative to upgrade its high-end gift box assembly line for the upcoming holiday season production ramp. The shipment, dispatched via rail freight from Shanghai to Warsaw with a transit time of 18 days, represents Zray’s largest single-order delivery of lid closing equipment to the Polish market.

The ZLC-200 machines are specifically engineered for the precision closing of rigid gift boxes used in luxury cosmetic packaging, handling lid formats up to 400×300 mm with a positioning accuracy of ±0.5 mm. Each unit operates at a throughput of 15 to 20 boxes per minute depending on lid dimensions, and features a servo-controlled pressure application system that ensures uniform adhesive bonding without damaging delicate surface finishes including foil stamping, embossing, and soft-touch coatings common in premium cosmetic packaging.

The Polish customer, a contract packaging manufacturer serving several international beauty brands, evaluated lid closing solutions from three European machinery suppliers before selecting Zray. Key factors in the purchasing decision included the ZLC-200’s quick-change tooling system, which reduces format changeover time to under 8 minutes, and the machine’s integrated vision inspection module that verifies lid alignment and adhesive coverage on every box before discharge.

The eight machines will be installed across two production halls at the customer’s facility near Warsaw, with commissioning planned as a phased deployment to avoid disruption to ongoing production. Zray will dispatch a team of three service engineers to Poland for a 15-day on-site installation, configuration, and training program covering both machine operators and the customer’s maintenance staff.

The machines carry CE certification under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and are supported by Zray’s European spare parts hub located in Frankfurt.
