ZRAY’s compact high-speed case erector ZR-25C delivers 25 CPM from a body of just 2,800 × 1,150 mm (≈3.22 m²) — roughly 30–45% smaller than a standard machine — by folding the magazine, control and infeed into a single vertical envelope.

Compact Design Choices
- Vertical magazine — blanks load from the front, so the machine footprint is set by the forming station, not the carton stack.
- Integrated control cabinet — the 7″ HMI and PLC sit inside the frame; no freestanding panel to find wall space for.
- No external conveyor — corner infeed and outfeed let the case turn 90° within the envelope.
- Mirrorable infeed — left- or right-hand orientation is set at install to suit the room.
